Some people find November depressing. The September sky disappeared as if wild geese, flying south, had taken away the azure blue shining above.
October brought clouds and knocked the gold, red and purple off the trees. The ancient park in my native town is now in all its glory, showing off its old golden maple trees and rusty oaks.
November greets us with heavy clouds hanging low, humidifying the crisp air and fallen leaves, leaving them soft and damp. It gets dark early… But the sunsets are unbeatable… The sun seems to hide shyly behind the horizon as if feeling out of place, unnecessary… Not realizing that in fact now it’s in its full beauty, lavishing the last beams upon the people who long for sunlight so much…
Sad faces pass me by when I walk smiling, with my head up… They don’t know I’m carrying all the wonderful memories of one, prolonged, exceptional autumn with me, the reminiscences that give me strength to go on despite the gloom around me…
Amazing pics :) November in Poland seems to be much warmer than November in Estonia...
